Q: Will my utilities be turned on already when I move in?

A: Yes! Your utilities should already be turned on before you transfer them over into your name. When moving in, the tenant has three (3) business days to contact their utility companies and have them switched over into their own name.

Q: Am I allowed to paint my walls?

A: If you'd like to explore the option of painting the walls in your home, submit a paint swatch of the desired color, and a letter stating which walls you would like to paint. Management will determine whether the desired color will be approved and get back to you. All painting must be done by professionals, and management reserves the right to have you paint it the original color when moving out.

Q: Can I pay rent online?

A: Unfortunately, we do not have a system to support rent payments online. Alternatively, you may have your bank send us a check every month, you may mail a check every month, or you may drop it off in person at our office.

Q: Can I pay my rent in cash?

A: We do not accept cash for rent payments. We only, and strictly, accept checks, money orders, or cashier's checks.
